Hey friends , while I wanted to complete my today’s task , I saw sir was in live . So I wanted to write about sir speeches . I really enjoy such kind of writing where someone is talking and I am translating that in my own language . So I just write down which part I can capture . So you can take it as your reading practice .
Firstly sir welcomed us in his videos . Then sir talked about putting 30 comments per day and also uploading videos . Sir is very happy to see an excellent progress of some mates like Rana vai , Alamin vai , Muomi apu , Robi vai , sabana apu and other members too .
Today sir especially talked about ideas for e-business and how it should be developed . So We you want to sell we should decide it first . someone think that if we have a page or website with 1000 picture , that’s good but sir told us to select some specific things with limited product. Then we should focus on delivery system . Courier service has many advantages and disadvantages . if we have a strong mentality to bear currier service problems , then we can take it .
Sir told us that daily necessaries accessories related business will be good now a days . Because everyday we are using many things where for cooking only one item is related many other items. . Salt ,oil sugar with different kinds of items can be our products . Sir have a suggestion to do business such idea for young generation .
But sir told us that maximum people do not want to hear such suggestion . Like our reading practice , many members do not take it very seriously . Reading is also important for business field as well . Sir shared his experience about 1995 year , where the internet or computer shops were not available but now this industry is everywhere . Some people are building their career in this field .
Sir told us that maximum private university student started to facebook business by creating facebook page . In this case sir gave an example about our search English . The main aim of this group is to deal with weak people who have suffered a lot for English . Sir also informed us about a statistic of active member of this week where our members are almost 1.7 M . Sir will try to create videos as well as will be live in this group in future .
One of our member commented that he wants to start business with small small things but sir suggested him to do business with specific one idea. If we want to establish an idea into business then you should know..

- knowing product details
- Observing others activities who did already in that field
Then sir also shared many ideas which is really profitable with less investment . In future , technology , e-commerce related business will be speared , sir thinks as . Sir shared his one recent story about barber shop where sir does not like to wait for hair cut . Sir wants to know if the shop condition from online it will be better . Sir also told us about food items where any restaurant provides any discounts or not . Really it will be better if we know any nearby place such offer . Sir told that once sir and his team where enjoyed but now sir does not eat usually fast food more . Because such kind of offer are not broadest in television or others media . So facebook is an effective way to share news or get the offer .
Sir talked about one of our members named ifat apu who has a jamdani Sharee business . She stared her business via facebook when e-cab was started its journey but now her capital is 15 lac . Sir also shared his another journey where he noticed some unique materials which are not found at Dhaka .
Because of E-cab , for 4 years its journey , many product are importing or exporting from Dhaka or delivery outside Dhaka where especially sweet items . Sir told us that what we need to know

- Nonprofitable mentality for first starting business
After getting idea , we need to read more . Then we should make a plan for establishing that idea . then sir talked about jannat apu where she is capable of doing something now like maintain a workshop .

- Handling customer demands
- Further to build it as a startup,we should create a network
