ADDA SESSION:
While I joined in our workshop around 8.50PM. I heard, Kazi Sajjad vai was talking about his exam . He was very happy because after completing 1-12 class books, he can do well in his academic exam and his teacher also encouraged him to keep practicing. His teacher is also a member of this group.
Then sir also told about Search English group because sir know very well about the benefits of Englishbecause sir was also a Bangle medium student. Sir completed his graduation and post graduation from The University of Dhaka in English.He also said that there is no problem of practice, especially for girls because we do not worry what others would say.We are also happy because sir said that girls are very active in this group. There is an environment where we can practice without money though we pay for workshop. There is no hiding issues between workshop and SEG. Anyone can practice here. We should use this opportunity.
After that sir asked me about my practice. I expressed my feelings about my development. I am really grateful to you sir from the bottom of my heart.
Nazmun Nahar apu also expressed her feeling. She said that she completed zero category posts 7 times.Because of her business, she could not read more. She also felt some problem like her writing speed is not satisfactory along with her reading.Then sir advised her to write 100 comments in our group posts.
Then Nur vai also gave salam to sir. He said that is practice is going well. He already completed class five books.
Sonjoy vai also told about his practice. He also started practice again.He gave some advices to beginner such as even though you have any problem , you have to practice. Sir also said that he has true reason for practice less in past but now he is working hard once more.
Then Aminul islam vai also said that he got interest in English because of joining workshop .
Then Amita apu, who is our fluent speaker, gave salam to sir. She completed class 9 and hopedto complete all books within a short time. She also agreed with Sonjoy vai that if anyone had missed some workshops, then it would be difficult to regain past proficiency.
Then sir also gave some valuable advices. Sir also said that sir always gives inspiration who are enthusiastic to learn but nothing else matters.Then Amita apu also said that she is now more confident. She shared about her academic lessons like there is no guideline, syllabus are lots they need to write freely, that is why,she is now taking reading seriously. Earlier she noticed that some posts were mentioned that reading or workshop can improve our skills.Now she also feel it after joining workshop she can overcome his lacking. Though she is sick from some days, she did not stop her practice.
Then another fluent speaker Lipi apu said that she completed zero category post with 10 types. She also feels her reading and writing proficiency.Sir was very happy to see apu’s improvement.
Then our champion, Anu apu, delivered her lecture. Apu said that why do we need English ? Why are we suffering even after studying English for 12 years? She pointed out that we took English as a subject, not as a language .
She said that whatever we can do in English, we need to practice reading. Apu also said that reading is our main topic and also discussed repeatedly.We must focus on reading , beginners also getting inspirations from our practice (I was facing network problem ).
We need to practice reading to develop our basic level through class 1-12 English books and reading section in SEG group .
Apu also told us to focus on eye reading method. Apu gave valuable speeches on content writing.We need to focus on reading speed. We need to read many papers to write an article. Then she said why we will focus on our speed, because after reading 6 times we can understand easily.To improve our speed in reading, we should avoid dictionary, because to see every times a dictionary will kill our time. Then what should we can do? Yes she gave also a solution to guess that words, but you may fail for first time but gradually you will find your development. Generally apu also said about developing reading habit. At least pass some times with reading everyday.
Then she also said that how will we start our practice. She said that we must have a dream. She also shared from her experience that some people lost their patience after completing some workshops. So she said that if we find our dream then it will help us to practice for long time. Apu also shared her interests and dreams. She described what is the meaning of champion ? Champion is not a gaming role but you can be a champion in your field.
She said that we need find our dreams. Then after having our dream we should set up our plan like what position do you want to see yourself after a certain period of time. If English is your dream then you should read something every day such as, listening to some English contents, or speaking English with other person. You must keep continue your practice but we cannot loss your hope after practicing sometimes. She also gave a vivid example about a continuity practice. If we stop after getting some proficiency, then we will lose our that level of practice. She said that we did not leave our practice in the middle of our work which was really inspirational
Omar vai who is our new member, wants to be an Islamic scholar. He shared his Englsih journey but could not find a fruitful process .
Conversation Session :
1: Lipi apu and Amita apu
Lipi apu said hi to Amita apu. Amita apu said that she is not physically well but she is mentally ok. Lipi apu also mentally happy. Then she said about her activates about her days. Amita apu congratulated her because of her milestone practice. Currently Lipi apu is reading 2 category posts after completing one category posts. Amita apu also said that her reading speed is going fast as she expected. Due to her physical condition, she was not satisfied with the doctor’s service. She is suffering from several of illness (Apu come round soon, we are praying for you) but she is happy because her reading is on good track. Apu also said that she is a restless person.Lipi apu wished best of luck to Amita apu and she also agreed with Amita apu. She had an experience about this in last year but now she is free from such problem. She said about our rainy water on the road and everyone was suffering because of this. She said that she is focusing now a days on reading while she gets time. She also told that reading is power to do something. She gets inspiration from some famous people . She also said that writing is also good step to improve but she cannot do this because of her business. She feels all-time urge in her mind to complete reading via mobile .
Then Amita apu also said about this rainy season. Day by day, it is getting only worse for all the people. It also makes some hazard situation for people. She also shared her experience about this worsening problem. Due to heavy rain fall, she is going like a flood. In her working area , she also faces same problem even if there is no water. Though it is natural problem and our weather is changing day by day .
If you want to learn about anything, we should focus on reading, apu said. Amita apu appreciate that Lipi apu is completing her target. She also wants to make a plan but she does not know how will it go. She fell in love with zero categories posts.She loves to read them.
Lipi apu also agreed with Amita apu. Without reading, we cannot learn anything, she also admitted that after joining workshop she realized what actual learning of English actually meant. She gave advice to our beginners. Amita apu also said about English subjects. Apu said about the importance of reading and talked about the obstacle in learning. She also shared about her students who are very much good in English but not in Bangla. She was astonished to see this condition. After joining Search English Group, she realized the matter of her students. Because of their reading habit in English from childhood, they do not fear to speak in English but they hesitate to speak in Bangla.

3: Aminul vai &Najmul Islam vai
They started by greeting each other. They shared their activities. Then Najmul islam vai introduced himself formally and he wants to be a good Engineer. Aminul islam vai also introduced himself. He is from Bhola and SSC student studying humanities. Then Aminul islam vai shared his reading condition but he is not feeling comfortable. Where Najmul Islam vai completed class 4 books and will start class 5 book soon. They had 4th workshop and they spoke two times in this workshop after joining.
4: Zobayer vai and Nazmun Nahar apu
They stared their conversation with greetings. Till now, both of them listened to other people’s conversation. Today they spoke in the workshop for the first time. Nazmun apu wanted to know about Zobayer vai.Then they introduced themselves very confidently.Then Zobayer vai wanted to know about apu’s family. Apu informed us that she is living with her husband and 4 family members. She has one child. Then Zobayer vai told about his family condition and told us that he has two sisters and one brother.
Then Nazmun apu asked him about his day like is there any rainy in vai’s area or not? Zobayer vai told about today (for network problem the could not speak with each other for long time)
Then Sayka Jabin apu joined with Zobayer vai to continue conversation. She had a busy day for completing visa for children consult. Apu is passing very busy days with her child. After taking seriously,Zobayer vai completed reading section. Now he realized his practice condition , he wants to continue this.
Apu joined here last year. She also shared about her first practice experience and told us how she gradually increased her practice level. After joining the group, she is also feeling her development. She thinks that it changed her life .
5: Syed Parvez vai and Sonjoy vai
Syed vai said hello to Sonjoy vai. This is 3rd times , they were talking with each others . Then syed vai asked about his current activities. Sonjoy vai told us that he took his meal and also shared some conditions because of rainy problem. Sonjoy vai likes summer season not Rainy season. Syed vai aslo agreed that rainy season is not good. Today, Syed vaiwanted English books that he told about in past workshop that he will concentrate on reading after collecting books. He also shared about his working season with us such that how they are dealing with their buyers. So he seemed to be a busy man but he wants to practice. Sonjoy vai also said that this type of jobs are really hard and has pressure, but those who are hard workers can do it. He also said about reading from pdf format books. Then vai wanted to know about Chittagong condition because I think Sonjoy vai missed his hometown badly. Syed vai informed him about the condition of Chittagong. Sonjoy vai thanked him for his kind information. Yes , Sonjoy vai was worried about his family members who are living in Chittagong. Then he asked about the reading condition of Syed vai. Syed vai aslo wanted to collect books as soon as possible and start his reading journey with the guideline of our respected Razib sir. Sonjoy vai mentioned that Syed vai is a good speaker and he also think so. Syed vai is a very fluent and cool speaker. Sonjoy vai also can speak so smoothly ,
6: MD Kamrojjaman vai and Moriam apu
They started their converstion with salam. Then they discussed about their reading conditions. Kamrojjaman vai said that he is reading class 8-9 books. Mariam apu passed her whole day at home due to rain and also upset because she is thinking like me that how she will improve herself like others. Apu also had completed class 9 book. Mariam apu said that when she gets time, she tries to read and she also tries to avoid using dictionary. She also told us that reading is important for every English learner. Kamronjjaman vai is also practicing like this. He also felt that seeing dictionary is a waste of time. Then Apu told about our two opener apus, how they talk and she wishes she wants to be like them. She has a baby and she could not join any coaching.She was getting frustrated by thinking about her future. Sir said that Mariam apu can speak very confidently. I also agree. 7:Asha apu and Hasan Ahmad vai
Then Asha apu and Hasan Ahmad vai continued their conversation . Hasan vai spoke about himself in brief and also thanked our sir and shared his problem too. Then Ahsa apu appreciated to his hard work and also told him that if he will take workshop , he will see his improvement. Apu is a fluent speaker but she is feeling that she is not a good speaker. Wise person does not admit their own virtue publicly. Then apu also said that reading is important for learning . Hasan Ahmad vai was not in workshop, so he said that he cannot know the way of reading. He read some papers or journals. Vai said that he did not get such environment to practice. He also shared his feeling about Anu apu’s lecture . He was motivate by her lecture and he wants to be a champion. He was also looking for an answer that how he will improve his English skill . Luckily Asha apu solved his problem. I think, apu told the ways to improve English skill. Apu also gave example with her condition. Before she could not speak for even 2 minutes and her reading condition was not so good but after finishing reading section, she improved herself . She also advised him to listen BBC and told us that just try to hear the news but not listen .
8: Omar Faruk vai and Afroza Sultana apu ,
Omar vai gave salam to Afroza apu. They also listened to our conversation attentively.Afroza apu is a graduate and teaches students. Omar vai also said that he is an Alim student. Vai shared his reading condition about his exam. Apu is a job-seeker like me and we are also living in the same area.
Apu knew vai’s madrasah and told about it . Though vai joined this group, he could not find any clue to continue because that was the first time, he spoke in English with someone. Apu told him not to worry. This is a common matter. Then apu asked him about his day.Vai is worrying about his family because they are suffering from a fever. Apu’s day was as usual. There was heavy rain and she faced a lot of problem. Vai wants to start his new journey after collecting books. Apu also informed him about Razib sir’s advice that how to read and also told him that he can collected books from internet.

9: Fouzia bin & Jannat Kader Chowdhury
Fouzia apu gave salam to Jannat Kader apu.They were so much happy for making a conversation after a long time. This is the first timeI am hearing Jannat apu’s voice in our workshop. Previously, I watched her interviews. I was amazed to hear this pair’s conversation. How Fouzia apu briefed his reading condition and how she maintained her time. Then Jannat apu told her how to read. She requested her to read first category post and then blog posts. It will help her to improve her IT skill. Fouzia apu thanked her and said that now she again started her reading from the beginning. She already completed reading all books. Jannat apu appreciated her seriousness about reading. Reading and travelling are Fouzia apu’s favorite hobby. She loves natural beauty. I liked Fouzia apu’s another sentence that was, we should do our work with love. Travelling is also jannat apu’s hobby. She said that we need to take some times to relax. Then Fouzia apu wanted to know about startup. Jannat apu is knowledgeable about startup. She shared that she is reading many articles and collecting data.
That’s my homework. I missed some regular members of our group such as Obonty apu , Nazmul hasan noyon vai, Ariyan vai
