While I had joined , I heard sir praising someone. I was thinking who is she? OH! later I knew , she is one of our champion Lipi apu. She completed English reading practice within only 100 days.
Then Fouzia apu told us that she has collected English literature books from Nilkhete. She is very much excited and she went to Tuesday but market was close. Sir was very happy. She also told beginners that apu joined SEG in 2017. When she attended workshop, she observed that everyone was doing great. She also told us that she is also joining another workshop where all members are in improving state. Though she joined lateshe understood hard terms but she thinks that she will do better for joining workshop. Those who want to do better in carrier should be active members in SEG and keep continue in practice .
Then Mohammad Irfan vai said that his reading condition is going well but due to her academic conditions, he tries to give time on practice while everyone remains busy with their own tasks. He completed class 8 book and he will start class 9 book .
Moriam apu finished one category posts 8 times. First time while she saw the posts, she was afraid but after reading practice, she realized her improvement. She can read and understand them very well. She also tries to practice speaking with herself. For listening, she is hearing audio documentary. Apu also expressed her feelings that she was so frustrated about her career and was afraid to see others improvements that she will do or not.
Najmul Islam vai also shared his reading condition . He said that he has been reading 2 category post while Nazmun apu is reading English literature books and she is almost finished.
Nushrat Sultan apu has been reading English literatures books . She cannot believe her improvement. She is doing really well . She told us that she has completed one book in one day.
Obonty Akhi apu has been reading zero category post and she is in under pressure for her job exam . due to her baby sickness , she has not participated on last workshop .
Amita apu also has been reading literature books. She also astonished to see that she completed reading a 300 page book within 5 hours. She finished the book in her office. She also tries to give time to readat least three hours after returning from office. Sir told us to practice reading seriously for at least three months.
Rabeya Islam apu finished reading class 8 book within a day. Then Shafiqul Islam vai has started reading zero category posts from SEG website. He was confused because he was a new member.
Shahadat vai completed one category posts. Tajmin Ara apu was also reading one category. After hearing her voice , I felt very upset that she lost her confidence because of her one job which is very important to her but she is a real warrior. She will continue her practice for new one. Tanzila Gias apu completed class 8 book . Sir just told her that to go through the books but she need not understand everything. Then sir told Lipi apu to share her experience. Lipi apu said that ebglish literature books has something magical that gives the readers more energy. Power of reading helps her to become more confidents .
Then Zobayer vai shared his feeling about reading. Vai told us that first time, he also asked many questions to sir but now he realized his problem .

Firstly apu expressed her feeling that she was glad hearing about our reading practice. She is happy that we are in different stages of reading one , zero , two category posts and books. Apu told us why we need to read. She covered all the aspects for the necessity of reading practice which is like our input for speaking and writing. Then apu answered one question of our workshop mates. He asked how he would start reading and from where. Apu replied that we should start practice from class 1-12 english books first. Then she also told us how we should read. We are habituated to read loudly which is called mouth reading. We also have an experience that when we try to read in mouth reading, we cannot keep our patience very long time but there is a solution as eye reading . In eye reading method, we will read through eye but understand the meaning by mind. The main points of her speech was :

Conversation part :
1: lipi apu and Amita apu
Lipi apu said Hi to Amita apu. Then Amita apu told her that how was she . Lipi apupanicked earthquake but she is okay now. Amita apu did not realize like me but she noticed this news from Facebook. Lipi apu shared her condition during earthquake that her student told her what was happening and they came out the room. It was on 5th floor so it was very risky. Then Amita apu also shared her one incident about earthquake. In 2014/15 , she was in university when earth quake happened. She fell from her bed at 3 am . So Amita apu can understand Lipi apu’s contidion.
The Amita apu wanted to know about the feeling of Lipi apu’s reading. She has been reading website after completing her literature books . She wants to become a content writer and it is important to read website . She is very happy to learn many new things. She also shared some of points with us she learnt after reading. She just like to read and collect information from sites with great patience. Amita apu was very happy to hear her condition because we all knew her initial condition and how her ideas about English changed drastically. Amita apu also appreciated and congratulated her for her outstanding efforts. Amita apu shared her feeling that she realized after joining this group. If we start to do something and practice it regularly, then we can succeed. So Amita apu said that Lipi apu’s dream would come true.
Then Apu wanted to know from Lipi apu about the next event of podcast. Lipi apu was happy to get such partner like Amita apu. Lipi apu was so much excited about podcast seminar. Apu said that they did not know about podcast two three months ago but now they know. She also wants to create podcast . She pointed out the importance of podcast. She said that podcast will play an important role in the field of e-learning. She told us that there are many problem around us which we can solve by our startup .
Amita apu intended to come to Dhaka for this seminar but it is not possible. Apu said that this is the first time podcast event is going to happen. She hoped that we will learn about the event from other friends who will join . Amita apu also created 6/7 podcasts already. After completing reading section, she will read DSB post. She has very much interest in IT. I don’t think that she wants to be a freelancer but she just wants to know about this .
Lipi apu also agreed with Amita apu. She told us that our country is rapidly developing . After getting the power of reading , it will be easy to learn anything. Amita apu said that when she was reading MBA or Honors, if she had found this group, then it would be helpful to make her plan easy. She lost her hopes in life. Then she got this group and it helped her to become confident to do something. To increase our knowledge , we should practice continuously and we should also know about IT knowledge to cope up with this modern world .

3: Fouzia apu and Aminul islam vai
They started their conversation with salam. Apu said that she passed a busy day today . She said that she collected English literature books with only 850tk . She also feels happy to get this books and she will start her reading journey from tonight . Vai congratulated her and said that it is big achievement for her after noticing her post in SEG. He is also reading one category posts . Apu is a very hard working person and she will reach her goal very soon. Apu thanked him and said that when we feel boring in our daily lives, reading can be a medicine for that situation . Apu shared her feeling about English. She always used to treat English as a subject where she needed to obtain passing score in exams. She never took like a language. But if we want to do better in our life , learning English plays crucial role . To increase our skill in English, we need to focus on reading . To become a powerful writer and speaker , we must read . When we will complete the reading syllabus step by step , our confidence level will grow.
Vai was highly agreed with apu’s points . When he started his reading practice, he was not so sure but after continuing his practice, he is doing great day by day .
4: Hira Amena apu and Kazi Sajjad vai
They had a conversation with greeting . Then they shared about there reading condition where apu shared about her practice in Search English group . Vai has been reading one category posts with 4 times and he made a wonderful plan to practice by setting a target that when and which subject, he will complete. They aslo shared their family conditions formally. Then Kazi vai asked about Hira apu’s district . Do you know apu comes from Borishal whereas vai is from Noakhali. Vai said that Barisal is a very beautiful district. Vai also told about his district including some famous things .
5: Md Kamrojjaman vai and Mehadi hasan vai
They started their conversation with salam. Kamrojjaman vai said that today’s time was not so good for him because his PCmalfunctioned and he gave it for repairing . Mehadi vai felt sorry to hear vai’s condition and hoped that it will work very soon. Vai had a busy day but he has been reading zero category posts 9 times. As a freelacer, vai is feeling very much pressure of his work. Though he is a busy man he wants to continue reading and workshop .
Mehadi vai wanted to know about Kamrojjaman vai’s hobby. Traveling is Kamrojjaman vai’s hobby. Whenever he gets time, he tries to hangout with his friend. Mehadi vai also loves to travel and he also visits his friends and family. Both of them also shared about their experience about some most beautiful places of our country like Cox’s Bazar, Syllet .
Then vai wanted to know about podcast event from Kamrojjaman vai. Though he had no experience about podcast he enjoyed some video about podcast in our DSB group . After getting some experience , he wants to do podcast . Mehadi vai said that it is very good opportunity because this is first time such event is going to take place in our country. Vai said that everyday DSB groupmates are trying to publish podcasts in the group . Those who are serious about podcast should go this event .
6: Mojjammel Huque vai and Najmul islam vai
They also continued their conversation with greeting and sharing their current activities . Both of them were very much busy with listening everyone’s conversation . As a Telecommunications Engineer, Najmul vai shared his role like he solve customers problem as well as speeding strong network all over country. Mojjammel vai is a student and he has been living in Dhaka for 4 years but his home district is Chadpur. Vai also shared some valuable information about his hometown. Najmul vai said that his reading condition is not so good . He cannot focus properly on reading for his job . But when he gets times , he tries to read . Mojjammel vai has been reading class 8 book. He also gets more inspiration from our workshop mates’ improvements . Najmul vai’s family consisted of five members and his father is a business man. They also talked about many things including cooking .
7: Obonty apu and Najmun Nahar apu
Both of these enthusiastic apus continued their conversation with greetings. Nazmun aps is going through tough time because some of her relativesare sick. Obonty apu wished them to come round very soon. Our Obinty apu has been reading zero category posts but Nazmun apu has been reading English literature books. After completing books , she will start category 3 posts . They aslo talked about their children. Obonty apu said that environment affects child . Apu has two children who also like to use mobile for watching youtube for cartoon. Then Nazmun apu shared her reading condition while apu wanted to know .
8: Rabeya Islam apu and Shahadat Biplop vai
Apu gave salam to vai. Apu is reading English book of intermediate while vai is reading 8 times of category one. Rabeya apu lives in Dhaka and vai is living at Noakhali. Basically Rabeya apu comes from Borishal. Shahadat vai said that Borishal district is very beautiful district. Api also likes Noakhali because she has good memories with Noakahli people whom she knows . They also talked podcast event. Apu wants to participate in this event if she gets time . Then apu asked vai about his search English journey. Though vai is an old member of SEG he was not an active member. After seeing many posts of Razib sir, he tried to practice here .
9: Tajmin Ara apu and Tanzila apu .
They started their conversation with greetings. Tajmin apu was in heart broken condition. She was not in good mood. Tanzila apu wanted to share something from getting permission from apu. She said about her search English journey. Most surprising thing for me was that Tanzila apu said that she got inspiration from Tajmin apu. Tajmin apu said that she really needed a job. She has seven tuitions………………..really !! Salute to you dear sister. They also shared their dinner menu . They also talked about reading condition where Tajmin apu is reading one category post but Tanzila apu is reading class 8 book .
10: Nushrat apu and Syed parvez vai
They began their conversation with salam . Then vai shared his activities before starting conversation . He also shared his Dhaka visit experience. Vai said that his reading condition is not good but apu is reading English literature books . Apu was facing network problem that is why we could not hear her . Vai is also early riser and also a very concern about his health .
