12th workshop experience

I am really surprised to see this post after writing. I do not know you will read or not but Allhamdulilah, It is my new record with 3000+ words.   ADDA SEASON:Fisrtly I heard, Sayka Jabin apu talked about her job viva experience. She was astonished to her office environment. She thought, it was not Bangladeshi office because everyone was trying to speak in English so she also spoken in English. Firstly, she was nervous but then she spoke with others. She was satisfied with her viva experience. She was really happy. She also gave credit to our sir because of his efforts.  Sir also gave advices. Sir always told us that we should remove our shyness, hesitation, and fearn. The foreigners also encouraged her to speak.First, sir told us to make reading a habit, then focus on grammar.  Kazi Sajjad vai also shared his feeling that he already finished class five books and he will start his class six books. He also shared his job experience. He also felt very happy after making an English conversation with the company. Sir was happy to hear about such news and he also expects toget such news. While sir asked him about his dreams, Sajjad vai told us that he wanted to be a motivational speaker and content writer. He is doing honors now. Then Nazmun Islam apu told her reading category. She shared knowledge about zero categories but having her exam, she cannot concentrate on her reading. Sir told her to concentrate on exam first. Zobayer vai also told us about his reading condition. He wants to complete class 1-12 books seriously. Sir gave him some advice to take this practice seriously though he was an old student because his partners are already achieved their goals. He also advised us to be active here. Sonjoy vai was also happy to talk here though he was busy with job. He felt upset because we are in moving fast in practice but he cannot give times to read.  Then Amita apu also told us that why she did not join her past two workshops though she was busy with her convocation program. She said that she did not feel problem in reading but after class 6 books she felt problem. So she asked advices from sir. Then sir told her about reading that only reading the passages. Sir advised that not to be worry about reading many times.  Everyone wants a good career that is their right so sir told us to take it easily and not to be frustrated. He told her to continue her workshop.  Sir also valuable advices to us. Anu apu also talked today about reading. Anu apu also agreed to sir’s advice that leaving everything, we should take reading seriously. Apu also told us about her reading condition in past year. She read text books, zero categories but she also read some websites too see her improvement. She aslo cleared her position in her practice season. She told us that she he left her parents and friends. She also missed some classes. She also shared her one story about her teacher scolding due to not attending a class but she was just silent because of her practice. Then she told us about the importance of English. We should be serious in reading because if we donot know then how can we shall write or speak. If we read, then words will come to our mind automatically. To give time on reading, we should pass our time on test books, categories. After finishing reading section, we shall feel one kind of power. She also told us that first she was just listen 12 workshops at a raw but not talked. She talked about new comer.  She also told us about reading way which one is better like mouth reading or eye reading. She told us the disadvantages of mouth reading. Maybe we need time to adjust in eye reading but we should do it. Avoiding dictionary is another way to practice but we can guess while reading a section. She told us at least we should make a habit to read for at least 2 hours per day. If we want to be skillful then we should read. If we have much time then we can read along with BBC news. Sir told to beginners to do workshop 3 only listening but not to talk. Why this is, sir also told us the reason. And also mentioned out home task. Then Lipi apu also talked about her reading condition. She is reading one category post and 6 times running now. She learnt more from this. She also told us that reading is a power. She also expressed her feelings about her workshop journey because it was her 15^th workshop. First, she was nervous, but after reading books, categories post, she got power to read. She can talked with her family,. Nazmul vai also told his feelings about reading conditions.  After telling his condition, he mentioned his first workshop that he could not able to speak .but now he can feel that he can speak an one hour. CONVERSATION SESSION   1: Priyanka dey apu and lipi apu. They started their conversation with greetings. Lipi apu expressed her feeling that she missed her lot .Lipi apu also said that she was busy with colleting her NID card. Amita apu also told her feeling about NID card collecting story. There was so crowded situation. She told us about the processes to deliver the NID card. Because of disorganization, it took time. Apu enjoyed her convocation. She likes to hang out with friends and she met her friends in this convocation. She also told about her friends conditions but it is hardly time to hang out. If they get some opportunity they donot miss it. Apu also shared her enjoyable moments. She also met with our Education Minister. She also told us that some incidents were not good like collecting certificates. She told us that they were disappointed because of not allowing parents in that ceremony. Lipi apu also told us that she has two bank exams on the upcoming Friday where one is public bank and another is private bank but she is so much confident about her study, especially in English. She takes reading section seriously. Lipi apu also asked Amita apu that will she join or not. Amita apu also expressed her feeling that why she will not join and also told us about her future plans what she wants to do.  Now she just try to focus on reading and also focusing on writing article on accountant related though her major subject is accounting . Lipi apu also appreciated about her aim.  She told us that she is taking the exam is only like her preparing season. She also told us that it is difficult to focus after doing just thing. Accountant is Amita apu’s first choice and teaching is her second choice while Lipi apu wanted to know her profession choice. Lipi apu also told us that how difficult to be an accountant but she has a hope that Amita apu can make it possible. Lipi apu also wants to be a motivational speaker after watching video she feels it .  Amita apu thanked her and she aslo told to all member that from her childhood, she read many books and watched many English movie to improve English. But she did not get any mentor who did not told her that what is input or output methods. She focused on guideline and told us that we cannot get out final point without a guide. She thanked sir because of his wonderful guideline. She also told lipi apu that she is doing well and is being a good speaking.Lipi apu agreed with her and she is also thankful to sir for his proper guideline. She also told us about English condition in respect of Bangladesh and we admitted that yes, we always get inspiration from Sir and Anu apu. We are really lucky having such guider. 2: Me and Farhana Akter Poly apu: Allhamdulilah. Poly apu is a great speaker. She is so much focused on her studies. I wish, you have good future. 3: Tajmin Area apu and Sayka Jabin apu They talked with others by greetings. Tajmin apu told about her family formally. Sayka apu told us that she is a married person and her baby’s name is Evan. She completed her graduation from the University of Dhaka. Tajmin apu completed class 8 books and she has a plan to complete SSC booksin 10 days.  Sayka apu takes care of her baby and her family so she gets little time to read but she is practicing step by step and she believes herself that one day she will completed her target.Tajmin apu wants to be a good teacher whereas,Sayka apu also appreciated her aim. She wants to be a podcaster but she first wants to be an expert on English. Travelling to know other cultures. Reading is her hobby. Tajmin apu loves gardening. She had a garden with many trees. But now her hobby turns into reading. Sayka apu’s baby is sick and his is suffered from fever. We wish the little angle to come round soon. May Allah forgive you Angle?    4: Zahirul Islam vai &Nazmul Hashan Noyon vai  They stared their conversation with greetings. They told about their hometowns. Then they continued their workshop by asking their reading conditions. Zahirul vai completed class from 1-7 books and he wants to complete within a short time inshallah. Then Zahirul vai asked about Nazmul Hassan vai’s future plan. Earlier, he wanted to become a businessman but now he wants be a content writer.  Zahirul vai also told us about his future plan. He wants to become a successful man. He likes to be a great trainer; a motivational trainer. Nazmul vai also appreciated Zahirul vai’s aim. Zahirul vai that time was suffering loadshedding problem though today’s weather was so hot. Nazmul vai also agreed with him.  Then Nazmul vai told about his family. They are 5 members with parents and 2 brothers whereas vai has one daughter and one boy.  5: Moriam apu & Nazmum Nahar apu  Moriam apu gave Salam Nazmun apu. That time Moriam apu was busy preparefood for her baby but Nazmun apu was reading zero categories and listening to workshop. Moriam apu had finished class 7 books and will start class 8 book whereasNazmun apu is reading zero category posts. Moriam apu has not much time, so she is only focusing on reading. Apu also did not listen to any thing but Nazmun apu also heard BBC news and she said that she can understand properly. Moriam apu also said that she can also understand anything when she watches movies. This is Moriam apu’s 4^th workshop while Nazmun apu’s 5^th. Both Nazmun apu anMoriam apu studied accounting. Though they majoredin accounting, their favorite subject is English.  Moriam apu also wanted to know Mazmun apu’s future plan. BCS cadre is Nazmun apu’s first choice. She also wants to be a content writer. Moriam apu aslo wanted to be an accountant but she also tries for BCS because her husband helps her so much. Moriam apu’s hobby is to watch movie especially horror movies. 6: Syed Parvez vai &Sonjoy Borua vai.They talked with each other for the second time. so Syed vai asked about his new job . Sonjoy vai also expressed his feeling about his job environment. Syed vai aslo shared his today’s workshop. He also realized the importance of English from today’s workshop whereasSonjoyvai also felt the same.Syed vai advised him not to be upset and encouraged he to attend more workshops for it would help them to improve. Then Sonjoy vai asked about syed vai’s practice. Syed vai practice is going good but not about reading one. He is trying to collect English books. He also said about the importance of reading. As soon as possible, he will start his reading section.  Sonjoy vai also agreed with him and also talked about anu apu’s advice related to reading. Sonjoy vai likes sleeping but he has not specific hobby while syed vai asked him about his hobbies whereas Syed vai likes to watch thriller and adventure movies. Syed vai also gave advice to Sonjoy vai like taking balance food and going to gem. Syed vai also shared his activities and talked about movies.  Sonjoy vai admitted that he doesnot like to read. 7: Kamruzzman vai & Md. Aminul Islam vai ‘ They started their conversation with Salam. Then they introduced each other formally. They also shared about their reading practice. He suggested Aminul vai to start reading class 1-10 books and then zero category posts. Kamruzzamn vai also told about one category post. Kamruzzaman vai comes from Chadpur, Dhaka and Aminul Islam is my junior.He is from Dinajpur.   Although Kamruzzaman vai joined SEG 1 year ago, he joined this workshop this month and he is also trying to join every workshop. Aminul vai aslo shared his improvement after joining this group. Then Kamruzzaman vai wanted know about the famous items of Aminul vai’s hometown. He descried about his hometown by including some famous thing like Rosmonjori. On the other hand, Kamrunzzamn vai said that chandpur is famous for Hilsha and talked about Phohela Boishak. 8: Kazi Sajjad and Mehadi Hasan vai  Sajjad vai said hi to Mehadi vai.Then they talked about what they were doing. Mehadi vai was busy with workshop and facebook too. Sajjad vai talked about his practice. Then Sajjad vai introduced him very formally including his family and studies.  From his introduction, we can know that he is honors 3^rd year student whereas Mehadi vai comes from Chandpur and also talked about his personal business. He lives with his family. Sajjad vai told us that today was his 7^th workshop and he is very happy. While sajjad vai asked about Mehadi vai’s future plan Mehadi vai aslo shared his IT graduate journey; how he improved himself from the beginning.  His ultimate goal is to build up his personal business.   9: Asha apu & Afroza apu They satred their conversation with greetings where we knew that Afroza apu completed her graduation from Eden Mohila College and she is also a job-seeker whereas Asha apu is a job holder. Both of them live in Dhaka. Asha apu talked about her daily activities very nicely. Her speech was very organized. Afroza apu shared her today’s routine. Superb!!! Afroza apu used her time fruitfully which is really amazing. I am aslo thinking about my routine but I felt very ashamed. Afroza apu aslo said that we should try again and again. Then we can get our goal . Beinga good speaker is Asha apu’s hobby. To achieve her dream, she admitted proudly that SEG helped her very much. When Afroza apu was a SSC student, she wanted to be a fluent speaker. She said that after seeing Anu apu’s improvement, she joined this group. Today was her 11^th workshop. Asha apu also pointed that Anu apu is our idol. She also wants to be like Anu apu. (All the best apu). WOW!! Afroza apu likes to test different types of foods like me. But now she is feeling interest in English. At last season, we know about our new member talha Mahadi vai. He joined this group because he wants to improve his English skills that will help him to do in his job. All the best wishes to you all my friends
